Booking & Payments (Updated)

25% advance payment (non-refundable) is required to confirm the booking.

50% of the total invoice (non-refundable) must be paid on the event day.

The remaining 25% is due upon selection of photos for printing.
Delivery Timeline

Final photos and videos will be delivered within 15 working days after the client submits their selection for editing and printing.

If the client takes more than one month to complete the selection, the 15-working-day delivery period will no longer be applicable.
Portfolio Usage

Our work represents our creative identity and brand. While we respect your family’s privacy, we may share a limited selection (up to 3-4 photos and 1-2 short reels) on our portfolio or social media.

If you prefer complete privacy, please notify us in writing at the time of booking.
Couple Shoot Requirements

A minimum of 45 minutes to 1 hour is required for the couple shoot to ensure standard quality.

If the full time is not provided, photo/video quality may be compromised, for which we are not responsible.
Data Handling & Liability

All equipment used is electronic and subject to technical malfunction. In case of data loss, the company is not liable.

We strongly recommend collecting the raw data as soon as possible after the event.

In case of complete data loss (after full payment), a maximum refund of 25% of the total invoice will be issued.
Outstation Events

For events outside Lahore, applicable travel and accommodation charges will be borne by the client and must be agreed upon in advance.
Agreement to Terms
- By making the booking advance payment, the client automatically agrees to all terms and conditions mentioned above.
